Cock-a-Leekie Soup – 135.-

A combination of finely chopped chicken, onions, potatoes, carrots, turnips and, believe it or not, leeks, all cooked in a strong chicken stock.

Tomato & Rum Soup – 140.-

Home-made tomato soup, laced with a Sailor's ‘ration’.

Seafood Chowder – 150.-

A soup absolutely bursting with all things from

the ocean - prawns, clams, mussels, and snapper fish, swimming in a thick creamy white wine soup.

Green Pea & Ham Soup – 140.-

A traditional soup from the Emerald Isle and the perfect way to line your stomach before a night out on the razzle.

Pils-Pils – 225.-

Baby prawns lightly sautéed in a chilli sauce (hardly enough to make your eyes water) with tomatoes, onion, and just a hint of garlic.

Livers in their Coats – 180.-

Chicken livers all wrapped up in streaky bacon and water Chestnuts, lightly grilled and served with a tomato dip.

Potato Skins – 185.-

Why bother with the fuss of having to eat all that stuff inside a spud, when in Jameson’s you can have your potato skins deep fried and served with delicious garlic mayonnaise.

Deep Fried Cheddar Slices – 195.-

Two thick slices of Cheddar Cheese covered in our special Jameson's breadcrumbs. Served piping hot on a bed of salad and cranberry sauce.

A feast of tuna fish lying on a bed of lettuce accompanied by tomatoes, onions, olives, boiled egg, cucumber, green peppers, anchovies, pickles, and your favourite dressing.

Bursting with tasty morsels such as smoked salmon, cheddar cheese, ham, beef, egg, tuna, olives, and even a little cottage cheese; served with whatever devilish dressing you fancy.

Rib Eye Steak – 595.-

A juicy 300gm rib eye steak, served with all we could think of including corn on the cob, grilled tomato, fried onions, button mushrooms, garden peas, your choice of potato, and a nice crisp salad.

Prime Fillet Steak – 410.-

A tender 250gm fillet steak served with corn on the cob, grilled tomato, grilled mushrooms, and your choice of potato.

Pork Chops – 350.-

Two thick juicy pork chops served with garden peas, your choice of potato, and a crisp side salad.

Bangers and Mash – 340.-

Hearty pork or beef sausages with mash potato, tomato, peas and onion gravy.

Rack of Ribs – 365.-

A large rack of pork ribs cooked in a rich barbeque sauce, with corn on the cob and your choice of potato. It makes a bit of a mess, but is well worth the effort. A large finger bowl and napkin will be at your service afterwards.

Ham Slice – 360.-

A baked ham slice served on a wooden chopping board as we could not find a plate strong enough to hold it. Served with sauté potatoes and braised cabbage.

Duck with Orange Sauce – 390.-

A lightly sauteed Duck Breast with a rich Grand Marnier orange sauce served with green peas and your choice of potatoes.

 

Steak Sandwich – 295.-

150 gm. Fillet steak in French bread served with French fries, fried onions, coleslaw and salad.

 

The Jameson’s Burger – 250.-

200gm of lean, mean, pure ground beef, cooked to your liking, served in a sesame seed bun with your choice of potatoes and a side salad with dressing.

Spinach & Mushroom Croquettes – 195.-

Thin slices of Pork Liver sauteed with onions & streaky bacon served with garden peas, mashed potato, and separate onion gravy.

Irish Stew – 335.-

Beef in Beer Stew – 325.-

A rich beef stew made with carrots and potatoes, served piping hot and full of all the goodness you need to get you through an action packed day or night.

Chicken & Mushroom Pie – 285.-

Layers of lean chicken breast, sautéed with mushrooms, mixed into a tasty chicken and white wine sauce, turned into a pie.

Cottage Pie – 245.-

Lean ground beef cooked in rich brown gravy, covered in mashed potato, cooked au gratin under the grill until crispy brown. Served with garden peas.

Beef & Guinnes Pie – 320.-

At Jameson’s we say ‘if you’ve got it, flaunt it’. So we take Ireland’s most famous liquid export and marinate some prime beef in it, then cook the beef in even more Guinness until rich and tender and finally pop it under a pie crust and serve it up piping hot.

 

Chicken in the Basket – 295.-

There is nothing better known as pub grub than this. A freshly cooked half-chicken covered in chips and served in its own nest.

 

Roast Chicken Dinner – 330.-

The Great Roast’ Half a chicken served with Paxo stuffing, roast & mashed potato, a selection of fresh veggies, Bisto gravy (hmm!), and a Yorkshire pudding thrown in for good measure. Your eyes can nearly taste it.

 

Roast Beef Dinner – 330.-

Roast beef, mashed potato, fresh vegetables and Yorkshire pudding.

 

Irish Fajitas – 450.-

Popular Mexican rolls with your choice of chicken or beef cooked in Irish style with Guinness. Accompanied with cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour cream, onion and peppers, rolled in flour tortillas. Enjoy rolling with yourself!

Succulent juicy scallops, served in a mushroom and white wine cream sauce surrounded by piped mashed potato and cooked au gratin with cheddar cheese until golden brown.

A popular English dish that we never forget!
Two fillets of Dory fish in batter served with mushrooms, peas, tomatoes, coleslaw and tartar sauce.
