It's great news for everybody that the nice weather and the busier times are on their way so Jameson's Bangkok has kicked off the high season in the party mood with two large Buffet parties in the last week...! |
The first was a little unusual for us here at Jameson's as it was a daytime party but for good reason....it was Little Noi's fifth birthday...!
She brought along about 40 friends and enjoyed a fantastic clown act, lots of face painting and a performing puppy dog show. It was great fun! It was certainly a change from catering for adults and fantastic to see all those happy smiling faces. So Happy Birthday Noi and thank you to Orly and Kobi for arranging the party here at Jameson's Bangkok.

The second buffet was for The Bangkok Bangers Rugby Club who were entertaining a visiting team from Sri Lanka. The guys enjoyed the buffet on Saturday night while watching all the International Rugby on our 12 Flat screen TV's. They certainly got stuck into the beer polishing off 6 Kegs between the two teams.....so a job well done.

Finally, we have just started a new feature here at Jameson's Bangkok with the introduction of a quiz night. Lee Shamrock, Bangkok 's most ‘intellectual' quizmaster, was on form cracking jokes and testing our brain power with 4 rounds of questions including general knowledge, trivia, music and a picture round. Needless to say that my team almost won the competition but were pipped at the post by the Sasquatch Team, so well done to them...enjoy the bottle of whisky. Yes, that's right, they won a bottle of whisky and we don't even charge an entry fee to the quiz! To make the evening even more enjoyable, during the 1 and a half hour quiz they got to drink beer at only 100 Baht a pint..! So next week make sure you head down to Jameson's Bangkok for the Monday Night Quiz, enjoy the cheap beer, fun quiz and then the special treat of hearing Lee entertain us with some great live music.

As you can see from the photos this week we are getting pretty good at hosting Parties at Jameson's Bangkok for any celebration. Obviously now is the party season so please remember to book early for any groups/parties your thinking of having. This year we will be offering some great deals for the festive season so don't miss out.
